SIP tedders have high-strength tine arms and a five-coil design to reduce breakages, while the small-diameter rotors and different shank lengths mean improved crop flow, resulting in higher working rates and an improved spread pattern.

The SIP AIR series represents the cutting edge of swathing technology. The concept is based on the patented flexible pick-up and conveyor belt. The system provides high performance work and significantly reduces contamination. The main benefit of using a double combination of front and trailed unit is that you never drive over the cut grass/swaths with the tractor. The flexible pick-up system is equipped with rotating skids. The third important point is trailed tines integrated into the pick-up system. Trailed tines are a significant advantage on the stony fields providing two benefits for users: crop protection and safety. Leaves remain on a stem, is the fourth benefit of the AIR pick-up system. Combination of a small pick-up diameter and rotor above the pick-up will protect the crop against loss of leaves ensuring the high quality of the forage and bringing higher yield per hectare of land. And last but not least important point is multipurpose use of the AIR system. Thanks to the short distance between the tines in the pick-up device, the machine can work efficiently on all kind of crop. Specialty is a short crop – short grass or corn residues.
