
SIP’s sales and technical training include various presentations of SIP machines and SIP’s values, mission and long-lasting tradition. In-depth knowledge of the machines, familiarity with the company, and an understanding of SIP’s identity and philosophy enables our sales representatives and service technicians to trust the company and thus build stronger relationships with prospective and existing SIP users.
The training courses are designed to provide or simply refresh knowledge of our product range and new developments from both a sales and technical perspective. We want our teams in the field to be up to date with everything that is happening with us. This is the only way to provide the best service to our customers. And of course, up-to-date information on products and their benefits are also important building blocks for successful sales.
By the end of March, we had conducted technical training for more than 200 SIP service technicians and sales training for more than 150 SIP sales representatives.
Training courses in January
Sales Training Courses 2025 were opened in mid-January by the sales teams of our Polish partners Korbanek and Wanicki. This was followed by technical training for service technicians from our Japanese partner SP-M and our Irish partner Farmec. And at theAnd at the end of the month, the Spanish technicians from AG GROUP upgraded their skills.




Activities in February
Technical training in February started with the training of technicians at the headquarters of our French partner DEFI-Mat. We then hosted technicians from the German Tab Gmbh, the German company EDER, the Italian partner SAVE SPA and the Hungarian KITE at the headquarters of SIP. In the middle of the month we were visited by a larger group of technicians from Poland. Representatives of Wanicki, Agro Kompani, Agroltech, Danex, Wanicki and Korbanek attended the technical training. Immediately after them, we were visited by representatives of our Czech partners Agrotec, AGRI CS, Arbo, Agrotechnic, Agrisystem and Navos.
At the end of February, sales training was held for the Italian partner Sanoll and the German partner EDER.





Busy days in March
March was the most eventful quarter of the year. SIP’s sales and technical training included 11 sales and 12 technical training courses. Sales training was attended by representatives from Lithuania, Žemtiekimas, Belgium, Farmabel, and Ireland, Farmec . This was followed by a visit from Serbian and Hungarian representatives of KITE. And at the end of the month, representatives from PJ Condellis from Greece, WEKOAGRO from Denmark, AG GROUP from Spain, WIHURI AGRI from Estonia, Agri-Center S.A from Luxembourg, Lely Center Ísland, and two UK partners EDWARDS&FARMER and JJ Farm Services Ltd.
The technical training in March was attended by technicians from the German partners Mergner, Kastens, EDER and NewTec. From northern Europe, service technicians from the Netherlands’ Zonna Denmark’s WEKOAGRO and Belgium’s Farmabel. And also from the Baltic countries, Latvia Dojus and Estonia WIHURI AGRI.
And last but not least, the technical training of the Norwegian partner Orkel Direkte was presented by SIP specialists in Norway.





A wide range of events in SIP
SIP’s sales and technical training courses were not the only events at our company in the past three months. We hosted a number of sales, business and press visits, as well as visits by students and, of course, our customers from Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic. Numerous events of our partners and local associations took place in our facilities, one of the biggest being the Young Farmers’ Gathering. In addition, on 21 March, the first day of spring, we organised the SIP House Fair for our Slovenian partners and loyal users of SIP machinery, which was attended by more than 700 visitors.
