Caseificio BIO Reggiani farm (Italy) started producing organic milk 30 years ago. Today they have a herd of 1200 cows, one-third of their milk production is used in their cheese factory. They produce organic Parmigiano Reggiano, caciotta, butter, mozzarella, ricotta, and other dairy products.
They use four SIP rubber roller mower combinations (RC) for forage. In two seasons they’ve already cut between 6.000 – 7.000 ha with each mower combination.
