The position is for the following territories:
Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Shropshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire.

Job tasks:

  • Monitor and manage a customer portfolio by maintaining an efficient relationship with clients,
  • Develop a network of dealers in the regions and departments defined by your contract,
  • Ensure a strong field presence for commercial support of dealers, by organising and participating in trade fairs, demonstrations and machine start-ups,
  • Be proactive in identifying clients’ needs and opportunities as well as in monitoring the evolution of the competition,
  • Ensure the monitoring of your sector though regular reporting,
  • Convey the values of the company.

Profile:

  • Higher education with proven experience in agricultural trade management,
  • Essential knowledge of the agricultural market in the regions concerned,
  • Strategical and commercial mindset and a sense of negotiation,
  • Excellent oral and written communication, sense of organisation and autonomy,
  • Good weekly mobility,
  • Team and entrepreneurial spirit,
  • Minimum B license required.
