The robust 3-point linkage with a hydro-pneumatic suspension system (HPS) offers excellent responsiveness to changes in terrain.
INNOVATIVE DRIVE SYSTEM
The innovative drive system offers a large working width and is equipped with safety clutches. Safety friction clutches enable a smooth start and reduce the sudden increased load on the mower and tractor. The OMS (Online Monitoring System) notification system in combination with safety clutches ensures constant monitoring of operation via sensors, thus preventing damage to the cutter bars in the event of an overload.
WORKING WIDTH ADJUSTMENT
The telescopic arms offer the flexibility of the mowing system. It allows the adaptaion to the working width of the front mower and also harvesters, balers or self-loading wagons with the swath width from 1.8 to 3.5 m.
HYDRAULIC COLLISION SAFETY SYSTEM - HCSS
In the event of a collision, the system releases the pressure in the buffer cylinder, which pulls the cutter-bar backwards and upwards, allowing it to pass the obstacle without any damage to the cutter-bar.
HYDRO-PNEUMATIC SUSPENSION SYSTEM - HPS
Easy, separate adjustment of the left and right cutter-bar suspension levels from the tractor’s cab.
SAFE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Patented mechanical transport protection triggers automatically and offers exceptional safety during transport and storage.
CONVEYOR BELTS
When using a conditioner, the mower can be upgraded with the installation of conveyor belts for swath delivery. These allow for faster harvesting and because there are no other procedures involved, the loss of dry matter and ash input into the forage is reduced.
FINGER STEEL CONDITIONER (FSC)
Flexible steel fingers damage, break, and “shred” the stems, thus allowing fast moisture loss.
FASTER WILTING
The picture shows the points where the finger conditioner damages the epidermis and breaks the stems.
With conditioning, faster wilting or drying can be achieved, thus preserving nutrients and ensuring better forage quality.
