    The central swath rakes STAR greatly increase performance when working on large areas and create an even, airy, and clean swath.

    The 3D flexible rotor mounting enables sequential lifting and, in combination with hydropneumatic suspension and walking step tandem, ensures excellent adaptation to the terrain. Easy operation is provided by the electro-hydraulic steering system.

    Thanks to the rotation axis, the rake with a walking tandem axle follows the ground up to 50% more smoothly and evenly compared to the standard tandem. It enables optimal adaptation to terrain, a higher working speed and lower transfer of loads to the machine.

    WALKING TANDEM AXLE COMBINATION

    The combination of a walking tandem on the rotor chassis at the front and rear axle allows for excellent adaptation to terrain. The working speed can be higher while the turf remains undamaged.

    The centre of gravity of the walking tandem mounting is located at the front of the rotor (picture on the left). Yet the wheels remain close to the spring tines providing maximum rotor stability even at higher speeds and on steep terrain.

    JOCKEY WHEEL

    JOCKEY WHEEL

    The jockey wheel on the rake enables faster work on varied terrain without damaging the spring tines and holders. An even and clean swath is guaranteed.

    The jockey wheel in front of the rotor ensures perfect ground tracking without the tines touching the ground. This ensures that the working height is always set correctly. The turf stays undamaged, the swaths are clean, and the spring tines and holders have a longer lifespan. An additional jockey wheel is recommended for working on slopes.

    3D ROTOR MOUNTING

    3D ROTOR MOUNTING

    Special 3D mounting allows free movement of the rotors and ensures complete ground tracking, regardless of the chassis position and a clean swath even on rugged terrain.

    The special cross-shaped hinges on the rotors enable perfect 3D ground tracking independently of the chassis. The spring tines always stay parallel to the ground, which ensures clean swaths even at higher working speeds.

    WORKING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

    WORKING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

    The working height of the spring tines is adjustable, so the turf remains undamaged during raking, and the swath stays clean, free of soil and sand contamination. Hydraulic working height adjustment is available on several models.

    The swath width is set according to the quantity of forage and the width of the pick-up device.
