As a cooperative with around 120 private member companies, EZ AGRAR is well structured and very successful organization. Since its foundation in 1946, the company has become the largest partner of agricultural machinery dealers in Austria.
It has also been a partner of SIP for many years and represents SIP grassland harvesting in Austria.
On 6 and 7 March, as part of SIP’s annual dealer training, we organised a sales training for all dealers operating under the EZ Agrar.
In addition to eight EZ Agrar representatives, 25 representatives from sixteen companies attended the training, namely: Winkler Landtechnik GmbH, Landtechnik Modl, Neidhart u. Co. GmbH, Landmaschinenhandel Ouschan Anton, Eichmann Landtechnik GmbH, Maschinen Gailer GmbH, Landtechnik Moosbrugger GmbH, AGRI-TEC Land- & Forsttechnik, Landmaschinen Fößl GmbH, Zaucher Johann Landmaschinentechn, Sommersguter GmbH, Paumann Landtechnik, Hölzlberger, Gottmann Handel- und Kraftfahrzeugreparaturbetriebs GesmbH, Karl Scheuch GmbH and Keplinger Joh. GmbH & Co KG.
The sales training sessions, which include several different lectures, enable sales personnel to better understand SIP’s values, mission and long-standing tradition. Knowing the company, understanding our identity and philosophy enables dealers to trust us and thus build stronger customer relationships.
We also introduce them to our latest SIP sales programme during the training sessions, as up-to-date product information and benefits are important building blocks for successful sales.
