At the beginning of the week, we hosted representatives from Techgrow, our new partner in Australia, with whom we recently signed an exclusive contract.
Our guests got a comprehensive insight into our operations, our production processes and the values we stand for. Through interactive presentations and a tour of the production area, they gained valuable information about the innovative technologies and quality built into SIP machines, as well as the organisation and professionalism in providing our service.
The meeting was an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences, to enhance mutual understanding and to understand the needs and expectations of customers in Australia. It was also important in terms of establishing a solid foundation for future projects and initiatives, and to build a partnership that will enable both companies to continue to grow and develop in the global marketplace.
A month later, we were joined by Colin Mitchell, owner and founder of the company, and Mark Bastian, National Sales Manager.
