On Saturday, 5 July 2025, from 11 a.m. onwards, the 39th National and 16th International Farming Games will take place at ŠRC Polena.
Last year, the honour of organising this event fell to DPM Maribor, which joined forces with other associations in the Podravska and Pomurska regions, DPM Spodnje Podravje, DPM Slovenske gorice, DM Podlehnik and DPM Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici. These five associations joined forces under the pseudonym ‘Podravski Jurij’.
The Podravski Jurij Rural Youth Association and the Slovenian Rural Youth Association are organising a day full of socialising, fun and competitive spirit, and we at SIP will be happy to take part in the event. In addition to a varied programme with all-day competitions in scything, raking and various skill games, there will also be a demonstration of SIP grassland harvesting machines.
After the awards ceremony, there will be an evening party with the band Gadi, Domen Kumer and the Haloški trio.
