SIP CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our main purpose is to solve your questions and thus take care of your smooth and well done work. Each SIP machine is handed over for use to the end customer by trained personnel. During start-up, the user gets acquainted with the method and use of the machine, and at the same time we also equip him with tips on machine maintenance. We provide all information and explanations before the purchase, during the purchase and during the use of the machine.
SIP START-UPS AND DEMONSTRATIONS
Start-up and demonstration are excellent tools because the user can be convinced of the quality of operation and practical capabilities of the machine. During the work, additional questions and possibilities of counseling and practical explanations about the work itself or maintenance with the machine appear.
Our work includes product presentations to end customers at domestic and international fairs, and during the season, presentations include machine launches and the launch of new machines at our partners and customers.
