Three busy months of sales and technical training at SIP

SIP sales and technical training courses, which include several different lectures, provide SIP sales and service technicians with an insight into SIP’s values, mission and long-standing tradition. Knowing the company, understanding SIP’s identity and philosophy enables our partners and on-site teams to trust the company and thus build stronger relationships with future and existing SIP users.

The training courses are designed to refresh knowledge and introduce our product range and new developments from both a sales and technical perspective. We want our teams both at home and abroad to be up-to-date with everything that is happening in our company, as this is the only way to provide the best service to our users. Up-to-date information on products and their benefits are, of course, also important building blocks for successful sales.

This year we have already had 16 major technical training courses attended by technicians from Belgium (AGRITOP), the Czech Republic (Agrotec, UNIAGRA CZ, ARBO, AGRI CS, Agrotechnic Moravia, NAVOS FARM TECHNIC, AGRISYSTÉM in ZD Sloupnice), France and Germany (Gruber, Schuler), Poland (Korbanek), the United Kingdom (Ernest Doe, Cornthwaite Group), Croatia (Agrostart, Interexport, Top agro, Jukić, Agroklas, Orbita promet) and, of course, Slovenia (Hafles, Lagerhof, Agro market, PC Kmečki stroji, KZ Sl. Bistrica, Greif mehanizacija, Jagros)

By the end of the month we are expecting 4 more groups: Greek technicians from CONDELLIS, PAUL J., S.A., Danish from WekoAgro, Hungarian from KITE and Polish technicians from Wanicki and Agro kompani.

We have also organised numerous sales trainings courses. We had a sales training in Bulgaria with AGRITOP  in January and in Greece with our partner P.J. CONDELLIS S.A. in February. Sales personnel from our Romanian partner FARMTECH ROMANIA, and Austrian dealers working under the auspices of our long-standing partner EZ AGRAR  were trained at the premises of SIP.

We also hosted a visit of sales staff from eight French partners who were accompanied by our French SIP team. The training was attended by participants from PETIT SA, SARL AJAP, Mazé-BSA and dealers included in the SCAR group,, ETS HENRELLE, BELLOIR MACHINES AGRICOLES, LAMOUR, SARL DURANDET and  MT Agri.

At the end of the month, our partners from Northern Europe also came for training: we hosted our Finnish partner  WIHURI,  our Danish partner WekoAgro and our long-standing partner from Norway, Orkel, with whom we also celebrated the 10th anniversary of our cooperation.
