The SPIDER 900I8 rotary tedders are extremely robust and compact while remaining lightweight.
Despite the large working width, the linked protection rails provide excellent stability. Each rotor individually adapts to the terrain, and the smaller diameter with patented rotor angle adjustment ensures even spreading regardless of the forage quantity.

EVEN FORAGE FLOW
The innovative geometry of the rotors with spring tines of different lengths ensures optimal forage flow and even spreading. Productivity is improved, while forage stays clean.
SPREADING ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
By setting the spreading angle from 12° to 18°, the spreading pattern can be adjusted to the quantity and moisture of forage. As for the height of the cut, the spring tines can be additionally set by adjusting the height of the hitch.
INOVATIVE SAFETY CLUTCH
The double safety clutch, specially developed for tedders from the HD line with a working width of 13 and 15 m, protects the rotor system by dividing the transmission of the driving torque to each side of the machine separately. In case of machine overload, it prevents damage to the drive.

The safety clutch, in addition to the main rotor drive, ensures 100% safety of the turning system.
