This year, we can say: “AGRITECH as it should be!”
In the spirit of SIP’s 70th anniversary, we participated at AGRITECH in Celje this year. We are proud to have won the Best Agritech 2024 award in the category Grassland Forage Harvesting, which was given to our new DISC HD D double disc mower combination, which, in addition to its outstanding performance, also allows swath making. Thank you all who voted!
In addition to the machines on exhibition, there were many other events and activities taking place during the fair, including an interesting workshop organised by the Slovenian Rural Youth Association in cooperation with LoginEKO, one of the largest organic food producers. At the workshop, they presented their innovative approaches to agriculture and sustainable food production, with a focus on digitalisation, and also wanted to learn more about the situation and challenges facing farmers in Slovenia. The focus was on how Slovenian farms, i.e. smaller farms, with fragmented fileds and mostly focused on livestock farming, could be helped by the technologies they offer.
Many agricultural machinery enthusiasts visited the fair to see the numerous machines and innovative solutions on display. You also visited our SIP stand and showed great interest in our machines and our service. We look forward to a successful cooperation with new and existing SIP users and partners.
In two years we will meet again in Celje, but until then we invite you to attend the many events we will be present at and visit us at the SIP Open Day that will take place at the end of April in our new SIP Centre!
