At AGRA we were very pleased to announce the new SIP Ambassador, which this year is Kaučič Farm from Gornji Ivanjci in Slovenske Gorice, Slovenia.

The farm is registered under the name M.M. Kaučič and has been in operation since 1993. They have a long tradition of producing homemade pasta but also offer other homemade products and a variety of traditional dishes made on request. Among them, is the delicious Gibanica, which visitors of the SIP stand at the AGRA fair had the opportunity to taste. And it never ended with just one bite

The 9-member family farm is one of the larger farms, with 300 fattening bulls, 15,000 laying hens, and 20 pigs. They also keep bees. They have 100 beehives and offer several types of honey.

They use a complete line of SIP machines to harvest forage from the grassland. The SILVERCUT DISC 380 F front mower is equipped with an S-FLOW linkage, which allows excellent ground adaptation. Forage is spread and turned with the largest ever SIP turner SPIDER 1500|14 T with a 15m working width from the HD line, and swaths are created with the STAR 700|22 T side rotary rake.
