HYDROPNEUMATIC SUSPENSION – HPS

The hydropneumatic suspension (HPS) of the cutting bar ensures excellent adaptation to the terrain in the range of 35° upwards and 15° downwards.

NARROW OR WIDE LINKAGE

The mowing combinations are available with two linkage options. The distance between the cutter bars is 2.06 m at the narrow (front mower up to 3.0 m) and 2.80 m at the wide connection (front mower more than 3.0 m).

DIRECT DRIVE

Direct drive to the first disc via a PTO shaft, angle drive and double PTO joint.

LINKAGE WITH HIGHER POSITION OF THE ARM PROTECTION SYSTEM

Connection with a higher position of the arm protection system. This system is separated from the blocks for a partial lift of the cutter bars.

SEQUENTIAL LIFT – SL

Hydraulic stabilisation enables the sequential lift of the cutter bar. The inside of the cutter bar is lifted first, and then the outside of the cutter bar.

ROLLER RUBBER CONDITIONER (RRC)

The profiled helix-shaped rubber rollers rotate against each other and compress stems lengthwise, allowing quick moisture loss.

ADJUSTABLE CONDITIONING INTENSITY

With the adjustment of conditioning intensity, the pressure of the rollers can be set according to the amount and type of the forage.
