VERTICAL SPREADING UNIT

The robustly designed vertical spreading unit ensures even and precise distribution. The material, regardless of the structure and brittleness, is distributed evenly over the entire width of the spread.

The basic elements of the spreading device are four HD spreading beaters equipped with changeable segments. The spreading beaters drive is in an oil bath and the bearings are enclosed in robust housing.

The frame of the spreading device is extremely stable with hydraulic protection behind it.

SPREADING BEATER

The spreading beaters are arranged to ensure fast and even flow of material. The spiral-shaped beaters enable fine spreading regardless of the material structure.

Robust spreading beaters with spiral shape, anti-wear replaceable spreading blades, and cleaners at the bottom ensure quality work at the highest level.

EVEN DISTRIBUTION

The spreading unit with four vertical beaters allows spreading up to 8 m.
