This is reflected in the shape of the cutter bar and the middle connection in combination with no-stage discharge that enables extreme ground adaptation. Totally newly designed main carrying construction assures high rigidity compared with the weight of the machine and optimal transfer of the power from the tractor to the cutter bar of the mower. |

Fast and effective forage discharge
Specially designed discs ensure a fast and effective forage discharge even when mowing downhill. Together with the skids, the discs are also made of high wear resistant steel. Cleaners are placed so as to prevent the accumulation of debris on the upper surface of the cutter bar, sliders or intermediary elements. |

Latest design cutter bar
The cutter bar is designed so as to achieve the mowing and smooth flow of forage in all working conditions.
- Discs rotate in pairs – higher forage flow,
- Completely flat upper surface and curved shape of all the elements contributing to the grass flow – less chance of debris accumulating on the cutter bar,
- High quality gearing contributes to silent operation,
- Oil lubrication,
- Design of cutter bar allows easy maintenance.
1. Back reinforcement of the cutter bar: the discs on the mowing cutter bar are additionally protected from the back, which ranks the Silvercut mower among the most reliable disc rotary mowers in the world.
2. Disc protection: the cutter bar of the Silvercut mower is protected on each disc with an intermediary flange which protects the cutter bar from damage when the disc is overburdened. The design ensures easy replacement of share bolts and flawless further use of the machine.
3. Quick knife replacing system – serial: special tool for quick and simple replacing of the knives.
4. Curved skids enable a large ground contact area. Forged skids made of high wear resistant boron steel ensure a long life and high protection of both the cutter bar and discs. |

Optimal transport position
The transport position of the mower pivots over to an angle of 120° ensuring the following characteristics:
- Adjusts the centre of gravity of the machine to the centre of gravity of the tractor,
- Minimum transport height which enables driving under low obstructions,
- Higher visibility during driving,
- Higher stability during driving and thus higher transport speeds.

Easy and effective protection
In the event of impact, the protection system effectively protects the mower from damage.
- When running into an obstacle the break back opens instantly allowing the cutter bar to freely move backwards and upwards simultaneously,
- The cutter bar automatically returns to its working position,
- The sensitivity of the protection system can be set to suit conditions,
- The neoprene spring ensures reliable and smooth operation.
