Electro hydraulic operation

All functions of the self-loading wagon, from the harvesting pickup, cutting unit, top extension, door, chain conveyor and discharge rotors, are operated electro hydraulically.

Simple door operation

Two double acting hydraulic cylinders open and close the doors, the position of which is controlled by sensors. The system for loading control ensures optimal loading of the loader wagon.

Continuously variable movement of the bed chain conveyor

Movement of the bed chain conveyor is carried out by a hydraulic motor and gearbox.

Pickup switch on

The harvesting device switches on automatically when lowered into the operating position.

When height is an issue

The transport height can be reduced instantly to 2750 mm hydraulically.

Strong and efficient harvesting unit

Efficient 1.85 m wide pick-up assures clean and fast picking up of the fodder also from the wide swaths. The divided rotating push unit with four fillers, central greasing and 16 serially or, if requested 33 single-secured knives assure short cut and equal continuative filling of the wagon.

Clean harvesting of short forage

An incorporated protecting plate ensures quick and quality harvesting of shorter fresh, wilted or dry forage.

Ground clearance

A hydraulically adjustable drawbar enables the front part of the wagon to be lifted up to 60 cm high. This is useful when supplying forage in to the clamp or during transport on rough terrain.

Feeding unit

The feeding unit ensures a smooth, constant filling of the loader wagon. Four feeders to provide optimal forage quality using minimal power.

DIPLOMAT 33 DV is equipped with dose cylinders, which enables an equal fodder scatter on the silo or in the stable. Complete electro-hydraulic control, warning sound signals of loading place fullness and rear gate opening offer the user the total control over the working of the wagon.

Knife protection

The knives in the cutting unit are individually protected. If stones or other foreign bodies are picked up, the knife retracts and then with the help of a spring returns to its original position.

Simple maintenance

A central lubricant distributor system feeds all points.

Tandem axles

Sprung tandem axles with brakes enable good stability on uneven terrain, as well as safe and fast transport up to the speed of 40 km/h.
