SIP d.d. (Strojna Industrija), Šempeter is situated in the middle of Slovenia. All the main roads as well as the railway system connect us with north-south and east-west routes of Europe. We have been present in the field of development and production of agricultural machinery for more than 55 years. SIP holds the majority of Slovene market share in the filed of the hey machinery. However since Slovenia is a relatively small market, we are resolute to export more than 90% of our products. Our markets, however, are not only limited to Europe, and cover other continents from American to South American and Australasia.

Our production program follows the world’s directives for big, efficient and professional mechanization. SIP policy is to consider ecologically kind technologies. We supply to both types of farms: small and highland farms as well as the big professional farms.
SIP is known for its good organization, inventiveness, highly skilled and qualified personnel. Thus we are able to continuously develop new machines and quality products. A great amount of revenue is therefore reinvested into the new processing machine equipment. Amongst those we can list; the new varnishing room, which enables the high quality varnishing for the surface protection of the machines and is kind to the environment, laser cutters, machining centers steered by computers, modern 3D constructing computer programs, and sophisticated information system. 
All of the above is complimented with a friendly atmosphere at work and the constant training and education are provided for the employees.
SIP has acquired the quality system certified to ISO standards – ISO 9001. All our machinery is labeled with CE sign, which guarantees our products in terms of safe usage.
SIP emphasizes great importance on the commercial activities which create the qualitative, wide and easily accessible supplying network. Our end buyers are provided with all the necessary and needed information regarding our products. Furthermore we provide to our costumer with post sale services and easily available spare parts.
Our motto is to satisfy the needs and requests of our distributors as well end buyer customers. We remain faithful to the two well-known SIP mottos: "Hand in hand with agriculture" and "Today for Tomorrow".
